Since we produce each product for each customer order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", Article №13, part 5, paragraph 3., return of goods is not possible.
"The contract applies to the manufacture or processing of goods to order of the consumer, ie if the goods can not be sold to others or can be sold only with significant financial losses for the seller"
We recommend, when placing an order, to compare the selected size of the product with the dimensional grid on the site.
If the ordered goods are of improper quality due to manufacturing defects or damage during transportation, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange for a similar one within the first 14 days after purchase, provided that it was not damaged by the Buyer.
Refunds are made by direct transfer to the user's card or by wire transfer to bank details, within one business day after receiving the return of the goods.
